CONTRIBUTE
Our campaign is seeking to qualify for Connecticut public campaign financing, through
contributions of $5 to $100 (maximum $30 for contributors under the age of 18). To help us
qualify:
Each contribution must come from only one individual. This individual should complete
the contribution form which is copied at
www.mgoldberg.com/contributionform.pdf. Only the individual who is contributing should
appear on the form as "Contributor's name" and "Contributor's signature," and the signature on
the check should be of the same person.
A couple is encouraged to complete separate forms and make separate contributions, regardless of
whether this increases the total amount contributed by the couple.
The name of the committee, for purposes of the contribution form
and the check, is "Martin A.
Goldberg for State Senate." The mailing address for the contribution is Martin A. Goldberg for State
Senate, 32 Orange St., Fairfield, CT 06824.
We are not at the present time accepting credit or debit card payments. Contributions may be
made by check or in cash. Contributions must be accompanied by a signed
contribution form, and a person may only contribute from his or her own personal funds (without reimbursement
or loan from another).
